Step 2: Work together
Join a project with a member, build trust and find out whether we fit each other.

Step 3: Member vote
Existing members decide on co-ownership. Prefer to stay in the community? That's fine too.

How we work
The client signs one contract with FikaWorks. The cooperative handles contracts, admin, leads and back office, and gives the members delivering the work matching member terms.
Most of the client fee goes to the people delivering the work. A smaller share funds cooperative operations and community activity. What remains goes to members through patronage, linked to participation and contribution under cooperative rules. An equal vote does not mean an equal payout.
Membership works both ways: members share knowledge, keep delivery standards high and take part in cooperative life.
