As a cooperative, we're owned and democratically governed by our members—not external shareholders or investors. This structure ensures that decisions are made by those doing the work, keeping our focus on quality, collaboration, and long-term sustainability.

Unlike traditional IT consultancies organized in hierarchical structures, in our cooperative all members have an equal vote in deciding where the organization develops. We are fundamentally based on open source community practices—transparency, collaboration, and shared ownership define how we operate.
